Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Forgotten Paradise or using any part of this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not connect to the game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to play. One person, one account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

3. Conduct

Cheating, real-world trading, account selling, exploiting bugs, harassment, and any attempt to interfere with server stability or other players' enjoyment will result in account suspension or permanent ban at staff discretion.

4. Virtual Goods

Items, currency, and account progress have no real-world value and remain the property of the server operator. We may modify or remove virtual goods, balance changes, or wipe characters as needed for game health.

5. Donations and the Store

Donations are voluntary contributions to keep the server online. In exchange you receive virtual cosmetics and conveniences. See the refund policy for specifics on refund eligibility.

6. Intellectual Property

Forgotten Paradise is a non-commercial fan project that uses public-domain RuneScape 317 client assets. We claim no ownership of those assets. All original code, sprites, and writing on this site are © Forgotten Paradise unless otherwise stated.

7. Changes

These terms may change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
