Refund Policy

General rule
Store purchases are virtual goods delivered immediately on receipt of payment. Because they cannot be returned, all sales are final by default.
When we do refund
- Unauthorized charge on a payment method you own — provide the transaction ID and we will reverse it.
- Item never delivered due to a server-side bug — provide a screenshot of the receipt and the missing item.
- Double-charged for the same purchase — we refund the duplicate within 7 days.
When we do not refund
- Buyer's remorse after the item is delivered.
- Items lost in-game through trade, drop, death, or scam.
- Accounts banned for cheating, real-world trading, or terms-of-service violations.
- Refund requested more than 60 days after purchase.
How to request a refund
Open a ticket in the support channel of our Discord with your in-game name, the transaction ID from your payment receipt, and a short description of the reason. We respond within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback before contacting staff will result in the account being suspended pending resolution. We are happy to work with you directly — please reach out first.
