At home room smuggler shop, buy a vial of water

The seed type for whichever herb you need for your potion (List At Bottom)

And the Secondary you need for your potion (List At Bottom)

(Herbs are sorted in order of Weak/Medium/Strong) So use Lycopus, Buckthorn, and Winter's Grip for strong pots for the achievements)

Sage Wort/Wormwood/Winter's Grip:
+ Void Dust = Magic Potion
+ Misshapen Claw = Naturalist Potion (Cooking, Farming, Herblore, Runecrafting)
+ Red Moss = Gatherer Potion (Woodcutting, Mining, Fishing)

Valerian/Magebane/Lycopus:
+ Void Dust = Ranged Potion
+ Misshapen Claw = Melee Potion (Attack, Strength)
+ Red Moss = Artisan Potion (Smithing, Crafting, Fletching, Construction, Firemaking)
+ Firebreath Whiskey = Survivalist Potion (Agility, Hunter, Thieving, Slayer)

Aloe/Featherfoil/Buckthorn:
+ Void Dust = Defense Potion
