Im not quite sure where i should start. I strongly feel most of these items should be obtained from achievements, or even quests.. as well as others can be acquired via vote shops / loyalty point shops / and a few special sets placed into the donation store as a package/bundle deal. Spread them all out too be obtained in all sorts of ways.. leave the players guessing on some. [Lucky item from voting] also including the crashed mining stardust shop, some placed in skilling shops.. or even a new custom shop specifically from money/ slayer pts/ total level.. or whichever. Few ideas, thats aloottttt of items added to just label them all as a specific way to obtain.

 

[Mann]

Lumberjack from 200m woodcutting xp, constructor from 200m con xp, doctor from healing 100k hp from food (like the achievement for 50k), nurse from naturally regenerating 5k health, lederhosen from obtaining all 3 birdnest birds, changshan set from putting 10b in wishing well, silken set from putting 50b in wishing well, zombie set from dying 500 times, herald cape from yelling 1000 times, chicken as a rare drop chance from killing chickens, fox & chicken from a rare drop having your tamed pet kill a chicken, builder set from building 1 of every item in a player owned house, spiked shields from adding dragonic visage to kiteshields, biohazard set from taking 1-5k damage from zulrah poison clouds.

all of these sound good besides the lederhosen one. those birds are even more rare than a normal pet.

Rc staffs- after crafting x ammout of the same rune.
Could use achieves to unlock some of this items, ie at 25 achieves you unlock enhanced excali, at 50 achieves you unlock fally shield, at 75 achieves you unlock dwarven army axe (make it equivalent to rune/dragon tools instead), and add some effect to this items, like fally shield can restore prayer once every 5 mins.
Bowsword- make it the range version of sir owens. Get it at p3 if you chose it (untradeable)
Pharaoh sceptre- mage version of sir owens. Get it at p3 if you chose it (untradeable)
Idk about the rest, dont like cosmetics tbh.

I love the suggestion for Bowsword & Pharoah's Sceptre! +1 on that

from my experience its a well known fact gold sinks are heavily needed. my suggestion would be you add a npc, that you can pay a certain fee to "gamble" and get a random reward, lower tier fashion + other lower tier drops could be added, with the rare potential of highly desirable fashion. keeps value to the good fashion, can offer some excitement, while most importantly creating a great money sink.
also legends cape in sp was in vote store, i think that would be a fitting location for it. happy to add further feedback, details or ideas

instead of npc there is the option of simply making a "box" which serves the same purpose. not unlike a mystery box, potentialy "superior mystery box" etc, could also offer it for loyalty/vote/donor points but in my opinion it would be best to keep it as a gp buyable, for the money sink purpose.

I really like the idea of the Gambler NPC!
As for the possible rewards from it, maybe mimic the Crystal Chest rewards with a few additions.
