Do you have 88 herblore? Sell the sgs, buy 88 herblore, stew up to 92 once and complete the elite seers tasks and get elite enhanced excalibur, much better spec healing than sgs.
If you have that already, or just want to work on prayer for now, sell the sgs, and sell the bandos, use barrows...
